Dismissal – Remedies – Reinstatement – Commissioner finding employee’s dismissal for misconduct substantively unfair but awarding compensation because of employee’s alleged poor work performance and short service – Reinstatement proper remedy because employer failed to show that reinstatement would not be reasonably practicable.
Words and phrases – “Reasonably practicable” – Phrase in section 193(2) meaning that reinstatement would be futile.
