In the latest issue of the Industrial Law journal [subscription required] published in the United Kingdom there are number of interesting articles, including one by Mark Bell Mental Health at Work and the Duty to Make Reasonable Adjustments (2015) Ind Law J 44: 194-221 in which stress, depression and anxiety are the leading causes of sickness absence, while people with mental health problems report frequent experiences of discrimination at work. It is argued that solutions may be found in a duty to make reasonable adjustments.
