On Friday 17 December 2010 the Department of Labour published four Bills. It is proposed to introduce one new statute and amend three others. Apart from providing links to the Bills there will be commentary on the Bills in the near future.
The proposed new statue will be known as:
- Employment Services Bill
The following amending statutes have been proposed:
- Labour Relations Amendment Bill
- Employment Equity Amendment Bill
- Basic Conditions of Employment Amendment Bill
