COMMENCEMENT OF THE BASIC CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT AMENDMENT ACT,
2013
    
In terms of section 18 of the Basic Conditions of Employment
Amendment Act, 2013, ("the Act") I hereby determine 1 September 2014 as
the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
